A versatile little bit of magic
I absolutely love the concept of this belt-and the reality did not dissapoint. I don't have much of a waist so tend to favour loose straight styles. A bit boring and sometimes not so chic.
Harking back to my youth I remembered wearing loose wide pants tapered at the ankle (think Mc Hammer-sorry:( with a cossack style shirt and a black scarf cinching the waist (all I could affford at the time). It looked pretty good and although several decades have passed I am still pretty much the same shape. I thought "Why not give it another go?". I am so glad I did. this belt changes the look of everything I have put it with. I still love my loose longline straight linen tops but how nice to have the option of cinching them in over the Koi pant to elevate the look into something completely other. Add some pointed toe lounge style slip ons or flat mary janes and another look again. I can wrap it around my hips over a slip dress, drape it around my shouders-the list of ideas is as long as a piece of string! The best $75 invested. I love it and have ordered another in black.
EVA'S SUNDAY
Amanda - thanks for taking the time to write this - love the MC Hammer reference. The belt is quite transformative. Nic xx
