New Zealand Customers

Orders to New Zealand are shipped via DHL. If you spend over A$300, your order will ship free. Orders below A$300 will incur a A$20 shipping fee.


Rest of the World

Worldwide orders are shipped via DHL. Orders over A$1000 will ship free, while orders below A$1000 will incur a A$35 shipping fee. Please note that these charges do not include any duties or taxes that may be applied by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed by Eva's Sunday.

These items are made to order in our studio. Due to high demand, please allow up to 10 days from the order date for these items to dispatch. If you have an urgent timeframe, please contact us at customercare@evassunday.com.au, and we will do our best to accommodate.


Click & Collect

If you would like to collect your order from our Fitzroy Studio, please select the free PICK UP option at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours. We will contact you with further instructions when your order is ready.

Please Note: The PICK UP option will only be available if all items in your cart are in stock at our Fitzroy Store. If one or more items are being sent from our Beechworth location, the PICK UP option will not be available. Please contact us if you have any questions.


Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 6 business days of placing your order, please email us at customercare@evassunday.com.au with your name, order date, and order number. Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Eva's Sunday is not responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect addresses. We recommend providing a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace, as a signature is required upon delivery.
