2. Post your garments to the following address:

Please put your name, address & mobile number on the outside of the package.

3. You will receive a confirmation text message when your package arrives.

We will review your garments to make sure they meet the GW criteria. Any garments that don't met the criteria will be set aside for fabric recycling.

4. We will notify you once your garments are approved & email you a gift voucher.

The gift voucher is equivalent to 40% of the estimated resale price of your garments. It is valid for three years.

1. All garments must be in perfect condition

Garment must retain their original structure, colour & tailoring with no tearing or weakness along seams. Areas of high friction (eg thigh area with pants, elbows with tops) must not be thinning or piling. Garment must be free of holes, fraying, missing buttons or broken zips. 

The Eva's Sunday size label must be present in the garment. In the past, we have charged a fee to sew labels back in; however, we are no longer able to offer this service.

2. Garments must be entirely stain-free

Please be vigilant about makeup stains around the collar and neckline of tops. Often these are built up & will not wash out, in which case we cannot accept the garment.

3. Colours must be true to original vibrancy with no fading

If there is any fabric fading, it must be minor & even across the garment. White & light coloured garments must be pristine. Black & navy garments must not be overly faded

4. Garments must be freshly laundered

A $10 laundry fee (per garment) will be deducted from your voucher if we are required to wash anything. Please make sure everything if washed just prior to being sent.

5. We only accept some linen accessories

Tie belts & obi scarves are accepted so long as the above criteria are met. Fabric flower brooches & headbands are not accepted.

You can post garments to our studio, or drop them off at our Fitzroy Store.

Please note we cannot process your gift voucher on the spot in our store. Processing is done in the studio and will take up to 5 business days.

Gently Worn garments cannot be accepted at our Beechworth store.

As a general guideline, pre owned garments that meet our strict criteria sell for approximately 40 - 50% of their original RRP.

Development or production samples sell for approximately 70 - 80% of their estimated RRP as these garments are brand new.

A gift voucher for 40% of the selling price.

After your items have been approved and priced, you will be emailed a gift voucher for 40% of the selling price minus any laundry fees.

You do not need to wait for your garments to sell to receive the voucher!

Please note your Gift Voucher is valid for three years.

The size range of Gently Worn listings is dependent on what we receive from the ES community!
