Joining the Sunday Collective is simple – you can sign up online here or in-store. Once you have created an account, you will be able to access your purchase history, save your details for a faster checkout and enjoy all the benefits associated with your tier.

If you are an existing customer (i.e. you have purchased online or in-store before with your email address) or have subscribed to emails from Eva's Sunday, there is no need to join – you are already part of the Sunday Collective! You can log into your account or reset your password here. 

Once you join the Sunday Collective, any eligible purchases made online or in-store will contribute to your allocated tier. Let the fun begin! 

It’s simple. You will earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent online and in-store. Your points will accumulate over time, bringing you closer to exclusive benefits and ensuring that your loyalty is always rewarded.

Points can be redeemed for vouchers to use on future purchases. Log in to your account, view your available rewards, and select the voucher at checkout to enjoy thoughtful savings.

Once logged in, your current tier status and benefits will be visible in your account dashboard. You will also receive an email notification when you move up a tier - so you never miss a moment to celebrate your loyalty with us.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your balance. Likewise, if you redeemed points on the returned item, they will be credited back to your account once the return is processed.

Your tier is based on your total spend over the past 12 months. You’ll remain in your current tier as long as your spend meets the minimum tier threshold during that period. If your spend increases, you’ll move to the next tier and unlock even more rewards.

Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Your tier status is also reviewed annually, meaning you’ll need to continue earning points to maintain or advance your membership level.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. You can check the expiry date in your account dashboard.

We’ll be the first to celebrate with you! You’ll receive an email notification letting you know you’ve moved up a tier, along with a summary of the exciting new benefits you’ve unlocked. You can also view your current tier status anytime by logging into your account dashboard.

Absolutely! Sunday Collective points can be earned and redeemed both online and in-store. Just make sure you're shopping with the email address linked to your account so your rewards are tracked seamlessly.
