The popular Loretta Top is now available in Antique Black. Careful attention to detail is obvious in this pretty & delicate blouse. The sleeves are set into the shoulder and just graze the elbow for a very flattering fit on the arm.  An inverted box pleat runs the entire length of the sleeve adding fullness which tapers into a cuff at the elbow.
