The Junie Skirt sits at the waist on an elasticated waistband, with the upper panel gently gathered before falling to a deep gathered tier from the hip. The tier adds movement through the lower half, and the skirt falls to the ankle. Two pockets sit discreetly within the side seams.

Cut in Liberty of London's Katie & Milly, a tiny trailing botanical from the Liberty archive, it can be worn on its own or with the top in the same print as a coordinated set.

Katie and Millie is one of the smallest-scale prints in the Liberty archive, a densely trailing botanical drawn from a design first created in the 1920s. Tiny open-faced blooms, buds and leaves sit closely together across the cloth, building into an all-over pattern that reads as texture from a distance and rewards a closer look. Its level of detail is achieved through traditional rotary printing, still used by Liberty for its most intricate designs. Printed on Liberty's Tana Lawn, it has a fine, smooth hand and a soft drape.

Care Guide
Cold, gentle machine wash. Turn the garment inside out and wash it with similar colours. Give it a good shake out after washing to reduce creasing. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in the shade on a coat hanger. Iron inside out or twist the fabric to embrace the wrinkles.
