The Henriette Jacket, with its oversized statement collar, has a workwear or utilitarian look and feel about it.  Design details include a large box pleat at the back and box pleats at the cuff.  Hem facings are deep & substantial and the patch packets and self-covered buttons ensure minimal fuss. 

The box pleat at the back adds flattering fullness and at the sleeve cuff, it adds a small puffed effect.  Overall, an extremely flattering garment and one that is sure to remain in the wardrobe for years to come.
