The new Harlow Top is a sophisticated blouse boasting expressive design touches to create a real ‘moment’ in any look. The dramatic tie neck can be worn undone or in a beautiful bow. Sleeves boast a flamboyant flared cuff and a gathering detail at mid bicep for a romantic look. This is a slightly more fitted cut designed to balance perfectly with the Easton Pant, Gwendolyn skirt or Leilani skirt for the full glamour look.

Harlow Top

I love the fabric and style, however a bit disappointed in the tightness in the armpit area, and at the elasticc cuff. One of the most enjoyable thing about online with eva is the confidence one has in size. I have always found size small my perfect size in all garments, so was rather disappointed in the grabby feeling. Please size up for a more comfortable fit.
