The Essentials Collection Ophelia Shirt Dress is a collarless designed shirtmaker dress featuring all the hallmarks of a man's shirt including set-in sleeves, button-up cuffs & a curved shirt-tail hem that finishes just below the knee. With hidden pockets in the side seams, this style is extremely functional. Gathering falls gently through the front and back from the yoke, a design feature to add fullness and flow to this shirt dress. This wardrobe staple will be with you for many years to come. It is timeless and trans-seasonal.
Styling Tip :
Wear it as a loose button-through dress or bring in the waist with a tie belt in the same linen. Alternatively, wear it open as a jacket over a slip dress like our Kennedy. It looks amazing with denim and functions superbly over bathers at the beach.

- Garment fit: Ophelia is a relaxed-fit shirt dress. Size down for a closer fit.
- Our model Zoe is size 8 and 167cm tall; she is wearing the XS. Amanda is size 10 and 165cm tall; she is wearing the S.

We recommend that you follow these simple guidelines to care for your Ophelia Shirt Dress:
Wash with other white articles only to ensure your Ophelia retains its whiteness
Turn your garment inside out to reduce friction on the right side
Use a spray stain remover around the collar for make-up stains & cuffs
Use the gentle or hand wash cycle on your washing machine
Wash in cold or lukewarm water
Use a mild detergent such as a wool mix - do not add a softener
Give your garment a shake out and dry on a hanger, avoiding direct sunlight
Do not tumble dry
Iron inside out using the linen setting on your iron OR
Embrace the wrinkles and don't iron at all
For more intentional wrinkles we suggest twisting the garment before wearing.

A lovely shirt dress in mid weight linen fabric that is exactly how it is described.
Great fit, attractive collar and hemline.
This piece looks great on its own with flats, boots or indeed tights and heels.
I also have it in black!
Very happy with my decision to purchase both colours in this style.
