The Nic Culotte is a classic Eva's Sunday garment. The flared leg trouser at 7/8 length offers a flattering silhouette while shirring through the back of the waist adds comfort & wearability.

The front is tailored with two fabric-covered buttons and a zip closure. The waistband has belt loops. The front pockets are generous and patch pockets at the back provide added functionality.

Slip a belt or tie through the belt loops to elevate the look. Pair these culottes with the Victoria Jacket (also in Soba Stripe) for a deconstructed suit style.

The stripes

I bought a Nic Culotte. Here is what bothers me! As you can clearly see in the photos, the stripes are not running straight down , they turn to the Center. Me, being a graphics designer and printer, I constantly try to straighten them up, with no success. If there is a pattern in the fabric, and seeing that those pants are expensive, I would have expected better. BTW , otherwise I like your garments and have many in my wardrobe.

Hi Marie,
Thanks for such honest words. I will try to explain why this happens.
The lines are cut straight, but being a wide leg pant with an elasticated waist, the fabric needs to gather to fit on the waist and organically the lines will join together in the center.
We are super cautious with patterns in the fabrics, working with Liberty fabrics we need to and this was no exception.

Oh so comfortable!

Loving my new Nic Culottes so much! Waist band is wide and soft. I’m an Apple shape 16/18 and the medium is perfect. Most of my wardrobe is ES! I have a obsession 😜 I know I will have my ES pieces in my wardrobe for years to come. Thanks again Nic and the team! Xx

Nic Cullotte Soba Stripe

The linen used for these culottes is a gorgeous weight and soft to touch. They hang beautifully. The elasticated waist cinches in and is so flattering. An effortless elegant style. These will also help me feel very put together for many occasions, as well as making a great travel outfit where it makes me happy to not stand out as a traveller but perhaps at first glance be regarded as a local.
