Details

The Essentials Collection Izumi Blazer in black is a boyfriend-style boxy cut jacket designed for a slightly oversized fit. The sleeves are set in with squared-off, very lightly padded shoulders.

Hallmark tailoring features such as smart welt pockets, a classic lapel collar and a 30cm vent at the back present a refined look as well as an internal cotton lining and beautiful button details at the cuff. Turn the cuff back to reveal layers underneath.

Styling Tip: For a street-inspired look pair the Izumi Blazer with jeans and a white t-shirt or shirt. For a relaxed workwear vibe pair Izumi with a black tailored pant such as Teddy or Bowie.

Care Instructions
  • We recommend that you follow these simple guidelines to care for your Izumi Blazer:
  • It is not necessary to dry clean your blazer but it is certainly dry cleanable if this is your preference
  • Wash with other dark articles
  • Turn your garment inside out to reduce friction on the right side
  • Use the gentle or hand wash cycle on your washing machine
  • Wash in cold or lukewarm waterUse a mild detergent such as a wool mix - do not add a softener
  • Give your garment a shake out and dry on a hanger, avoiding direct sunlight
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Iron inside out using the linen setting on your iron OR
  • Embrace the wrinkles and don't iron at all
  • For more intentional wrinkling we suggest just lightly twisting the garment before wearing. A fabulous alternative if you are travelling.
  • With a dark-coloured garment, especially a jacket which is not worn right next to the skin, washing after every wear may not be necessary - less is more for your garment & for the environment.

Izumi Blazer

Love my new blazer, fits well and love the attention to detail in the construction. I will wear it lots - can be dressed up and down.

The help over the phone was so good and gave me confidence to order. If you are not sure re: sizing - just call!
