The Eva’s Sunday Harriet Skirt has an elasticated waist with a pretty frill detail at the waistband.  It is two-tier with a feminine and floaty fullness about the hemline.  It falls below the knee and has hidden side seam pockets. 

When worn with the Florence top & tie belt also in Bittersweet Check, the overall look is a cute little fitted dress.  Alternatively, wear the skirt up high up as a floaty summer strapless dress.
