The Gwendolyn Skirt in Liberty Meadow is a three-tiered ruffle maxi skirt. It features a wide elasticised waistband. The tiers are softly gathered giving it a romantic look. The Gwendolyn is reminiscent of a layered Victorian petticoat.  It can also be worn over the bust as a strapless dress. This skirt pairs beautifully with our Beatrice Top in Liberty Meadow and worn together, creates the illusion of a decadent gown.
