This is a gently worn garment

The Tia dress has a subtly scooped neckline.  The sleeves are a set in style and the shoulder is dropped. The sleeve length grazes the elbow and the sleeve opening can be cinched in with a drawstring or left completely undrawn, your choice. The waistline is slightly dropped and from it hangs a two-tiered skirt with gentle gathers.
