The Constance Top is a statement sleeved style with a reversible neckline designed to be worn flirtatiously off the shoulder if you so desire. The boat neck is cut flatteringly wide to reveal a peak of collarbone, without revealing straps. Turn the top around for a lower cut and a glimpse of décolletage. Elastic at the waist and cuff add a feminine frilled look.
