A fresh take on our much-loved handwoven string bags, the Suta Shopper has been designed with shopping, the beach and day trips in mind.

We've combined two different knitting techniques so the bottom is closed and there's no risk of your belongings falling through open holes. We've also added flat shoulder straps for comfort while still showcasing open knotted h*mp string for casual style. As an added bonus, our string bags are a fabulous way to bring a touch of texture into your home when hung on a hook or coat rack in between use.

Knotted and tied from hand spun h*mp fibres, this versatile piece is handmade – from start to finish – by fair trade artisans in Bangladesh. Both strong and flexible, this natural fibre allows the bag to stretch as it fills, accommodating a surprising volume of goodies.
